🎃 Happy Halloween and a Blessed Samhain!! 🎃

Hello Friends! Hope you have a spooktacular evening and a wonderful holiday for those who celebrate! I scaled it down this year (believe it or not!). Usually I carve much more elaborate pumpkins but this year, I've been having issues with pain in my hands, so I carved the standard Jack O' Lanterns! I think they're cute!! ðŸŽƒ

I made some fun dishes the last few days, I've included all of my recipes, please enjoy!!

Haunted Spaghetti! The eyeballs are made from mini Bocconcini cheese and green olives.

Mulled Wine - so warming!

I'm plugging my latest video from my spiritual channel! I recorded a video of how I made the mulled wine and it's part of this video if you're interested!!

Witch Hat Calzones - I made these with my Homemade Crescents dough - it was so delicious with a filling of cream cheese, Parm, Mozz and green olives! Dipped in my Homemade Marinara Sauce! I think I know why my hands are so sore...all that kneading for the doughs!!!

Skull Cake

I found a nifty skull cake pan at the local Great Canadian Dollar Store and this is what the cake looked like before I frosted it. The pan was only $6!!! I used my recipe for Chocolate Orange Cupcakes and baked it about 5 minutes longer.

See you on Thursday!!! 😊

  11. Hi Rain, I love all your Halloween decorating and cooking - it looks fun at your house! Our neighbours decorated their houses and one even had a hologram set up of a ghost floating across the front of the house! We had a lot of children ring the bell and gave them all sweets and had our pumpkins out on the porch to welcome them. I am sorry your hands are bothering you, hope it won't prevent you being creative.

  20. Beautiful decorations, but the food was what got me. Now I'm really hungry. You go all out for this festive day, don't you.

LOVE the mummified camembert and the Boo Bark. Great ghosts. The witch hat calzones were amazing. And that cake was innovative and ambitious. You have a very clever way of celebrating the season and the day. Happy belated Halloween, dear Rain.

  23. What a delicious Halloween selection of foods you enjoyed at your home, Rain. I really liked the eyeball pasta and the witch hat calzones. Hopefully the pain in your hands will ease up soon. And, yeah to getting a new keyboard because "a" is really such an important letter. I was just mentally calculating how many were in this short comment...a lot!
